2. How We Collect Information From Our Users?

a. When using our generic (non personalized) Patient Services available on our site at http://www.myrx.tv or when visiting our site at http://www.telesofia.com:

We collect Non-Personal Information. This information is non-identifiable and anonymous, and cannot be traced back by standard means to an identity of the user. We may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of third-party service providers as detailed below. Non-personal Information which is gathered consists of technical information and behavioural information, type of operating system, type of browser, screen resolution, browser and keyboard language, User's 'click stream' on our Site, the activities of the User on our Site, etc.

b. The second type of information is individually identifiable information ("Personal Information"). This information identifies or may identify when put together with other information an individual and is of private and/or sensitive nature. It is collected in several ways as provided below:

  • Users of the Site and generic Patient Services automatically provide their IP address mainly for geolocation and security purposes as further detailed below.
  • To use our Developer Services you must register and open an Account and provide details via the registration form of the Site, such as first name, last name, e-mail address and profession.
  • Users who use our Patient Services in a personalized manner as offered to them by their healthcare provider must agree to provide us with the required personal information and must authorize their healthcare provider to provide us with such information. This is done either directly with your healthcare provider or by subscribing to a personalized Patient Service.
  • If you wish to contact us using the contact means available on our Site are required to provide us with their name and e-mail address.

For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed a Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.

We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, inter alia, through your active acceptance to the TOU and the Privacy Policy.

3. How Do We Use Information?

Non-personal Information is collected in order to:

  • Create aggregated statistical data for research purposes and customization and improvement of the Site and/or Services.

Personal Information is collected in order to:

  • Operate the Services, including by better personalize and optimize the experience of the Users and as applicable their website's end users.

Telesofia may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information to third parties at its own discretion.

While using the Services and Site we use third party software or services, in order to collect, store and/or process the information detailed herein. Such services include without limitation:

We only use the MailChimp email delivery services when you subscribe to our newsletter or other services provided by email. Please note that when you subscribe to such services your information is transferred and processed by MailChimp according to their privacy policy. We encourage you to carefully review their privacy policy listed above. If you do not agree to such transfer of information please do not register to our newsletter service or any other service provided to you via email. If you have registered to our newsletter and then changed your mind about receiving it, you can always easily unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the email you receive.

As mentioned above, except for in specific usage cases, we do not retain personal identifiable information.

Please note that while most of your requested may be addressed within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to delete all of your information.

If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you have a number of legal rights with respect to your information such as Accessing and Exporting Data, Editing and Deleting Data, in certain circumstances you can object to processing of your information, or to completely be deleted from our database. 9. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as you require us to provide our services to you. We also keep information about you and your use of the Services for as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, for legal reasons, and to prevent harm.
